That is cleaning of the house, the basement and throwing out things we do not need. Also part of spring cleaning is clearance of the mental state of mind, getting rid of dirt, old habits and bad memories.

This months mixtape is called wrapped in words, and now you might wonder what all this wrapping is about? And how does it relate to spring cleaning? Well, the outcome of spring cleaning is more space - both physically and mentally. We suggest that this new mental space is used to celebrate yourself, celebrate how good YOU are and stating exactly how good any outcome of your passion is.
